If an adult girl elopes with an adult male and the parents of the girl dont like this then the parents will file a rape case against the guy.

If an adult guy and adult girl had consensual sex and the relationship went south then the girl can file a case against the guy claiming to be cheated. This is called "rape on the pretext of marriage". Yes, this is a real thing. 

If a junior female employee had consensual sex with her superior and she changed her mind for whatever reason then it is considered a rape. No evidence required. This is India. 

If a prostitution racket is busted by the cops then they will file a rape case against the men involved.

There is an extortion racket in India where wives file fake dowry harassment cases on husbands to take away the properties of the husband. Along with that, some women file fake rape cases against husband's brother and father.
