Orgasmic feeling when drinking Pepsi

So I'm downing my third 1,5L bottle of Pepsi and every time I take a sip of this delightful beverage I feel a sensation rush through my body that resembles an orgasm. I've been on medication that prevents me from having a conventional orgasm so this is the next best thing I got.
