identify Niggers who are engaging in criminal activities.

Authentication begins with the crack pipe being lit and placed in the mouth of the Nigger. If the Nigger is able to
take a single, prolonged hit without coughing, wheezing, or otherwise showing signs of distress, then he or she can be
assumed to be a criminal and is authorized access.

If the crack pipe is extinguished before a single hit is taken, or if the Nigger shows any signs of distress, then the
authentication is terminated and the Nigger is denied access.

This is the only method of authentication accepted by this RFC.
