Process:

1. Initial Discussion: Reach out to discuss what you would like for your commission. This includes any references, poses, and character details.
2. Price Confirmation: Based on your request, I will confirm the price and any potential additional charges (for complexity or extra details).
3. Invoice: Once the price is confirmed, I will send you an invoice via PayPal for the total amount.
4. Trello Tracking: After payment is received, your commission will be added to my Trello board for progress tracking (Found on my Carrd).
5. Review Terms: Before purchasing, you must review the Terms of Service below.

⚫ **ACCEPTABLE COMMISSIONS**
Will Do:
- OC or fan art
- Humans
- Furry
- NSFW content

Will NOT Do:
- Mecha
- Self Portraits/Real People

⚫ **GENERAL TERMS**
- I have the right to decline any commission.
- Commissions will be completed within 2-8 weeks after processing.
- Existing commission prices are subject to change (this does not include already paid commissions).
- I have the right to post any commissioned works on my socials.
- I have the right to use any commissioned works as commission examples.
- I have the right to stream or record the process of any commissioned works.
- I do not work with NFTs, AI-generated content, or any requests involving stolen characters/designs.
- You must be 18 or older to commission NSFW artwork.

⚫ **PAYMENTS**
- Payments will be made through PayPal.
- No refunds once the commission has been started.

⚫ **COMMISSION USE**
- You may not claim you made any commissioned works.
- Clients may use the artwork for personal use (profile pictures, wallpapers, private printing, etc.) but may not resell, alter, or distribute it commercially.
- If you require full rights or privacy (e.g., I won’t post it publicly), an additional fee applies.

⚫ **COMMUNICATION**
- Communication will be done through Twitter (@OnceCamden) or Email (cadenwhoart@gmail.com).
- Please provide clear references and respectful communication.

⚫ **REVISIONS**
- Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
- Revisions may result in a fee if drastic changes are requested after the sketch is approved.

⚫ **REFUNDS**
- A refund may only be done if the commission has not been started.
- If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.
- Chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist from future commissions.

⚫ **AGREEMENT**
- By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
